Meetings
Guile and Calendly
Booked meetings: who booked them, what they wrote on your booking forms, and your notes, read-only.
What Guile reads from Calendly
Guile reads your booked meetings, the names of the people who booked them, their answers to your booking questions, your notes on a meeting, and your team's names. From the email address of someone who booked, Guile keeps only the company part (such as acme.com), never the address itself. Calendly's sign-in may also allow changes, such as canceling a meeting. Guile never does: it only reads.
How to connect Calendly
- In Guile, open Apps > Add an app and choose Connect on Calendly.
- In the Pipedream window (the service Guile uses to connect apps), continue to Calendly and log in. Calendly's page names Pipedream, not Guile; that is expected.
- Review what Calendly lists and choose Allow.
If something doesn't work
- Guile shows only your own meetings: choose Disconnect on Calendly in Guile, then connect again as a Calendly owner or admin.
- The connection stopped working: Calendly ends app connections when you change your password, login email or login method. Connect again.
- New meetings appear late on the Free plan: Calendly lets Free accounts make fewer requests a minute, and Guile catches up on its next run.
