Guile and Keap
Opportunities, notes, and what is written on each opportunity, read-only.
What Guile reads from Keap
Guile reads your opportunities and pipeline deals, your notes, and the names of contacts, companies, stages and users. Keap's sign-in also lets the app change your data. Guile never does: it only reads.
How to connect Keap
- In Guile, open Apps > Add an app and choose Connect on Keap.
- In the Pipedream window (the service Guile uses to connect apps), continue to Keap and sign in. Keap's page names Pipedream, not Guile; that is expected.
- If Keap asks which account to connect, pick your company's Keap app.
- Review what Keap lists and choose Allow.
If something doesn't work
- Some opportunities or notes are missing: choose Disconnect on Keap in Guile, then connect again as a Keap admin.
- You connected the wrong Keap account: choose Disconnect on Keap in Guile, connect again and pick the right one.
- You track deals in Keap's newer Pipeline and Guile shows none: Guile reads them once Keap opens them to other apps; your notes still come through.
