Client records
Guile and Copper
Opportunities, and the notes, calls and meetings logged in Copper, read-only.
What Guile reads from Copper
Guile reads your opportunities, the notes, calls and meetings logged in Copper, and the names of companies, people, pipelines, stages and users. Copper's sign-in can also change your data. Guile never does: it only reads.
How to connect Copper
- In Guile, open Apps > Add an app and choose Connect on Copper.
- In the Pipedream window (the service Guile uses to connect apps), continue to Copper and log in. Copper's page names Pipedream, not Guile; that is expected.
- Review what Copper lists and choose Authorize.
If something doesn't work
- Copper refuses the connection: your plan may be Basic. Move to Professional or Business, or start a trial, then connect again.
- Some records are missing: choose Disconnect on Copper in Guile, then connect again as a Copper admin.
- To see or remove the connection in Copper, open Settings > Integrations > Active Integrations.
