Guile and PandaDoc
Proposals, quotes and contracts: what is out for signature, signed or declined, their value, and the words of those you sent to clients, read-only.
What Guile reads from PandaDoc
Guile reads your documents (proposals, quotes and contracts): their names, status, value and recipients, and the full text of documents you have sent to clients. PandaDoc's permission screen also lets the app create, send and delete documents. Guile never does: it only reads.
How to connect PandaDoc
- In Guile, open Apps and choose PandaDoc.
- Click Connect. A secure window opens from Pipedream, the service Guile uses to connect apps.
- Sign in to PandaDoc if it asks.
- On Authorize Application, click Authorize. The page may name Pipedream rather than Guile: that is expected.
If something doesn't work
- Some documents are missing: the person who connected can't see them, or they are in another workspace. Choose Disconnect in Guile, then connect again as an admin or manager of the right workspace.
- Your account is on app.pandadoc.eu: PandaDoc's European service can't connect yet.
- A draft has no text in Guile: Guile reads the text of documents once they are sent.
